5 days of great conversation, learning, and exploring communion with God, creation, yourself and others all in the Rocky Mountains!
Divine Winefest is the signature fundraising event for the St. Lawrence Catholic Campus Center. Its purpose is to bring two great things together in one place: Jayhawks and Catholics. It is an opportunity to share faith through the mission of St. Lawrence, reconnect with the St. Lawrence family, and financially support the mission of the Catholic Campus Center at the University of Kansas.
We are partnering with Cascade Hotel, Kansas City, to offer our guests and sponsors an unforgettable evening. Chairs Mark & Donna Teahan are sure to make this event a night to remember!
The first Divine Winefest took place in 1993 under the leadership of Monsignor Vince Krische, who describes the development of the event as "an inspired moment that happened between friends over a glass of wine." Five years ago, in 2018, the event was successfully resurrected by Andy and Stephanie Eilert after a ten-year hiatus. Last year’s chairs, Scott and Lisa Hallier, continued their success, raising over $1,000,000.
Join us this year as we gather once again to raise funds for the St. Lawrence Catholic Campus Center. Enjoy wine tastings of exclusive labels, many not widely seen in Kansas City. Shop the wine cellar for the perfect bottle for your table, or take it home to your personal collection. And, support St. Lawrence Center by bidding on unique and one-of-a-kind auction items.
