The Campus Minister must have a strong desire and natural ability to welcome outsiders and create experiences of encounter on a secular university campus. They must have the ability to relate to different types of people and experience being on mission. Experience working with sound, video, and social media is a plus. The Campus Minister at St. Lawrence must work well on a team and be comfortable having courageous conversations that contribute to staff unity and team development. They are a strong witness of the Catholic faith and are committed to discipleship in their own life.
