What are you looking for? 

In this great life on earth,  I’m looking for God’s presence and peace to surround me in all parts of life…life today, tomorrow, and eternally! 

The older I get (nearly 4 decades past college life), the more aware I am of how quickly we pass through this world; and how important it is to recognize the shortness of life and to seek God’s wisdom.  

I long to see the face of God, and desire His presence with me on this adventure of life! His loving presence surrounds us in so many ways. I yearn for His body feeding me in the Eucharist; and listening to His Word being proclaimed, while feeling His presence and peace all around the earth. I look for His presence in others around me, in family, a new grandson, our neighbors and friends.

But what exactly am I looking for? To gain wisdom and know God’s presence here on earth today, trusting in tomorrow with peace, and having hope for eternal life! LIFE! What a gift! I seek more life with God and gratitude for His presence, peace and wisdom.
